We are a research and development company based in Slovenia, specializing in virtualization technologies for optical (machine vision) automated industrial metrology systems. Since 2012, we have been delivering advanced automated industrial metrology systems.
Our mission is to provide simulation and off-line programming software and services for machine vision based industrial metrology, to unleash unprecedented opportunities for effective commissioning, comprehensive testing, operating personnel training for these systems.
For almost 15 years, we have been designing and commissioning measurement systems at automotive plants worldwide. Building these systems is a complex process, requiring strict adherence to technical specifications, precise calibration of all components, and thorough verification of measurement results.
Achieving optimal performance often demands fine-tuning each measurement position — a time-consuming task when performed on-site. To reduce deployment time, we have shifted as much of the design, testing, and optimization process as possible to an offline environment. This approach ensures faster implementation, greater efficiency, and consistently reliable results.

Our innovation centers on developing mission-critical components for virtual commissioning in metrology systems. At its core is our proprietary virtual sensor, which delivers precise simulations of camera systems, replicating the performance of optical measurement sensors in leading industrial metrology setups.
To ensure seamless integration, we’ve created robust middleware that connects all components of a metrology station. This middleware enables synchronization with robot and PLC simulations, forming a unified virtual measurement system. The result is a complete end-to-end simulation that allows industries to test, optimize, and validate processes with exceptional precision and efficiency.
Metrology systems operate at the edge of their accuracy limits, where even minor misconfigurations, imprecise calibrations, or deviations in the construction process can lead to incorrect measurement results.
